2. Free Platform Use
PaintPencil is provided free of charge, supported by standard online advertising through Google AdSense. You agree to use the application solely for lawful purposes and refrain from importing materials that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Responsibility for Backups
While PaintPencil incorporates automatic local storage saving in your browser, artists are strongly advised to regularly export project files (.pp) and images (PNG, JPG, PDF) to their physical drives. PaintPencil is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime.
4. Third-Party Links & Ads
Our site displays relevant advertising served by Google AdSense. Any interaction with advertisers or external links is governed by the respective policies and terms of those third-party providers.
